Welcome to Six Springs

Six Springs, in eastern Blue Mounds, Wisconsin, is a budding intentional community, event space and site of ecological restoration. Located in the beautiful valley formerly known as the beloved folk museum Little Norway, Six Springs seeks to offer humans ways to practice living in community with each other and the more-than human world.

Rooted in values of care, mutual aid, ecological sustainability, creativity and joy, Six Springs

Named for the six natural springs located in the valley, together they flow a stream that flows into Blue Mounds Creek, eventually joining the Wisconsin River, Mississippi and the Gulf of Mexico. As humans living on land that has long sheltered many beings, we take seriously our responsibility to the headwaters – they may emerge on this land, but they connect us to many more.

Stay tuned as we share more of our story, our vision for the future, and how you can get involved. Interested in learning more? Connect with us on Instagram, or email SixspringsWI (at) gmail (.com).
